Healing Through Touch
About Liz Jones, RMT & Craniosacral Therapist
Gentle, focused care for every stage of life — from newborn to adult.
Hi, I’m Liz — a Registered Massage Therapist and Craniosacral Therapist with over 10 years of hands-on experience helping people reconnect with their bodies and feel more at ease in themselves.

I believe effective treatment isn’t about always working deeper or using the same approach for every person.
The body responds differently depending on stress, injury history, nervous system state and overall capacity.
My approach combines Registered Massage Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, movement, and nervous-system informed care to create treatments that are both therapeutic and supportive to the whole person.
My Focus
My greatest passion is supporting infants and families through the early stages of life. The birth process — even when smooth — can leave behind subtle tension in a baby’s body that affects feeding, digestion, sleep, and development. I offer gentle CST sessions that address:
- Feeding difficulties (including latch issues and tongue ties)
- Reflux, colic, and constipation
- Torticollis and flat head syndrome
- Sleep disturbances and birth-related tension
I also work with:
- Children navigating anxiety, sensory challenges, or developmental delays
- Adults managing chronic pain, TMJ, migraines, concussion recovery, or stress-related tension
- Anyone needing to feel more grounded and supported in their body
My Training
I hold certifications in:
- Craniosacral Therapy Levels 1 & 2
- SomatoEmotional Release (SER) Levels 1 & 2
- Advanced Craniosacral Therapy for Infants and Children
- Registered Massage Therapy, with additional training in trauma-informed care
My work is guided by a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal when given the time, space, and support to do so.
My Approach
Healing doesn’t always come from doing more — sometimes it comes from slowing down, softening, and listening deeply. That’s the foundation of my work.
Whether I’m working with a newborn struggling to latch, a parent recovering from birth, or an adult experiencing burnout, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are — with presence, professionalism, and care.My greatest passion is supporting infants and families through the early stages of life. Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions? We have answers.
What is Craniosacral Therapy (CST)?
Now practicing at Kinetically Whole Therapies, Liz continues to support clients across the lifespan. She has recently completed Level 2 of BEAM’s Infant CST training, deepening her expertise in caring for newborns and young children. Her work remains rooted in presence, touch, and a deep trust in the body’s innate ability to heal.
Is CST safe for infants and children?
Yes, CST is extremely gentle and safe for babies and children of all ages. The pressure used is no more than the weight of a nickel, and sessions are always baby- or child-led. CST supports early development, helps with feeding, digestion, sleep, and can gently address birth-related tension or trauma.
What conditions can CST help with?
CST may support:
Adults: migraines, TMJ, chronic pain, concussion recovery, stress, nervous system dysregulation, emotional trauma
Infants: feeding difficulties, reflux, colic, torticollis, flat spots, tongue/lip ties, sleep disturbances, birth trauma
Children: developmental delays, anxiety, sensory issues, headaches, growing pains, sports injuries
Can I combine CST with massage therapy?
Absolutely. Massage and CST often complement each other beautifully. If appropriate, I may recommend a blend of both techniques to best support your body’s needs.
Do you treat individuals with sensory sensitivities or anxiety?
Yes. Sessions are gentle, respectful, and paced to each to each individual. I take a trauma – informed approach and always check in about comfort, sensitivity, and boundaries- especially for those with anxiety, trauma histories, or neurodiversity.
How many sessions will I or my child need?
Every individual is unique. Some people feel shifts after just one or two sessions, while others benefit from short series. For infants, 2 – 4 sessions may be recommended to gently support feedings or development. Ongoing care may be helpful for chronic conditions or nervous system regulations.
